New Species, Studies, Successes

From the addition of a new facility to allow for expanded breeding efforts for endangered primates and further studies of reproductive behavior, to the Zoo’s first clouded leopard cub, to aiding the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service with a smuggled group of very rare birds, the Zoological Society of San Diego’s conservation efforts were headed in new and compelling directions.
