In April, experts from SDZG traveled to Madagascar to provide husbandry care and support for nearly 10,000 critically endangered radiated tortoises that were rescued from a wildlife trafficking bust. The team assisted with daily health exams, nutrition, hydration, and even construction work! We were incredibly proud to participate in this rescue effort led by the Turtle Survival Alliance.
