Pinocchio, Penelope, and Tommy, proboscis monkeys | San Diego Zoo 100
The first birth of a proboscis monkey outside of Indonesia occurred on October 12, 1965, to father Pinocchio (left) and mother Penelope (center). The male youngster was named Tommy (right), and he was closely watched over by both his doting parents.
