A flock of 75 rainbow lorikeets took up residence in a newly renovated walk-through aviary at the Wild Animal Park called Lorikeet Landing. Visitors could enter a patio in the aviary surrounded by lush landscaping, while the brightly colored birds flitted, flew, and perched around them. Guests could also offer the birds cups of nectar, which the bold, brush-tongued little birds were more than happy to gobble up—perching on shoulders, arms, hands, and even heads to do it!
